Refund policy

 

RETURNS 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for items within 14 days from date of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase, so please print and include your order confirmation with your package. 

The costs associated with returning an item to us will be born solely by the customer and will not be refunded by Studio Warm LLC.

Gift cards to our online store are non-returnable items. Gift cards do not expire.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to your order.  Studio Warm LLC is not required to offer you a refund and may refuse the return if the item is not in new and unused condition as specified above. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@studiowarm.com.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email to sales@studiowarm.com to receive instructions for your return. 

SHIPPING OF RETURNS 

To return your product, you should email sales@studiowarm.com to receive instructions for your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will only be covered if the return is related to a warranty claim.

All returns must be shipped via a trackable shipping service or alternatively shipping insurance must be purchased to cover the full value of the item. We will not be able to process refunds for items which are not received.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
