Shipping policy

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We offer worldwide shipping, though some import and export restrictions may apply. Tax will be charged at the applicable rates. 

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE THE COST OF SHIPPING? 

We aim to make the ship­ping pro­cess as seam­less and sat­is­fy­ing as pos­sible for our cus­tom­er and are pleased to provide you with free shipping for your order. Items will be shipped via ground service within the US. We ship international deliveries via economy service and only use reputable international couriers. Customs fees, taxes and any applicable import duties are payable by the recipient. By pla­cing your or­der you agree to clear cus­toms.

Should your order be urgent, please get in touch with us via our contact page and we will happily provide you with a quote for expedited shipping.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES 

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email and then an additional email when your item ships. Your goods will have tracking information included in the shipment confirmation email and are usually kept in inventory and will ship within 48 hours of ordering.

Shipping transit times are variable and dependent upon destination. Order cancelation is not possible once the package has shipped.

For International Deliveries: Shipping insurance fees are included in shipping charge. All customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be paid by Studio Warm LLC.

PACKAGING

All our products are care­fully pack­ed in environmentally friendly packaging for maximum protection and hand­led carefully by our trusted network of ship­ping part­ners. 

LEAD TIMES

Lead times will apply. Orders will be processed, and items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days once full payment clears. 

Orders are subject to stock availability. Stock items do occasionally sell out and lead times will apply. Restocking lead-times for sold out ranges usually take 3-4 weeks. We will issue an estimated ship date if the item ordered by the Customer is not in stock.

We will provide you with a lead time for any custom color orders upon request. 

The company does not ship on weekends or holidays.
Lead-times exclude any delivery/collection/export timescale.

When your or­der ships, you will re­ceive a ship­ment con­firm­a­tion email with a track­ing num­ber. You can check the status of your pack­age and the es­tim­ated de­liv­ery date on­line by us­ing the track­ing num­ber. If you or­der mul­tiple items, they may be shipped and de­livered sep­ar­ately. 

Whilst Studio Warm LLC will make every effort to ensure delivery dates are met, any time or date for delivery mentioned in any quotation, acknowledgement of order or elsewhere is approximate only and not of any contractual effect and the Company shall not be under any liability in respect of any failure to deliver at any particular time or date.

Studio Warm LLC shall not be liable to the customer for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever which may arise in connection with an order completion falling outside the quoted lead–time.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PACK­AGE UPON DE­LIV­ERY?

Yes, all packages must be accepted and signed for upon delivery. 

INSPECTION

It shall be the responsibility of the Customer to inspect and check all goods immediately upon delivery. 

Visible damage upon delivery must be acknowledged upon receipt of package(s) by the

Customer and the carrier. Failure to do so may invalidate any claims to the carrier. The Customer will have to notify the carrier immediately regarding any apparent damages in order to file a claim report and the Customer will be required to retain all packaging materials.

Any shortages or damages to the goods must be reported to the Company within five business days. The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods thereafter and after acceptance, the Customer shall not be entitled to reject goods which are alleged by the Customer to be not in accordance with the contract.

Any damages must be documented with photos and reported to Studio Warm LLC Any damage claims by the Customer sent to the Company without photographic evidence will not be authorized.
